The owners, Catalina and Juan Carlos, were hospitable, sharing their excellent cooking and conversation with other guests. The cabin sits beside the Cautin River and close to Corralco. A suggestion: add a hair dryer and perhaps more lighting to reach the cabin.

The place feels really snug, like you’re staying at a friend’s house rather than a hotel. The owners treat you like family, which makes the whole experience feel personal and comfortable. I’d definitely come back for that home‑y vibe.

Being out in the middle of nature was a real treat; the views and fresh air made it easy to unwind. Unfortunately, the hot water didn’t work consistently, so showers were hit‑or‑miss. Still, the setting makes up for the occasional inconvenience.
