A stunning, well‑maintained property that feels like a true oasis right in the heart of Ayutthaya, yet it’s surprisingly quiet. The staff were very friendly, the breakfast buffet was good, and the bungalow—clean and nicely furnished—had a balcony with a lovely view over the central lake. The shower was fine, the bed a bit firm but still comfortable. We requested daily housekeeping and received fresh towels each time. The pool was nice, and the walk to good restaurants, the night market, and several famous Wats was perfect for cooling off between tours. Drinks were sold at a reasonable price and bikes could be rented (we didn’t use them). Overall, a real gem in the city center, and we’ll definitely return. A mosquito net in the room would help, and it would be great if there was a laundry service. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

“Etape de charme à Ayutthaya”

A lovely group of bungalows that are quiet and within walking distance of the historic park. The terrace for the (good) breakfast is charming above a lotus pond. The owner is very kind and helpful. The room’s layout and décor feel a bit dated, but everything works fine, so it’s not a problem.

This was our second visit and it was just as memorable as the first. Thank you Baan Luang Harn for creating such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere in old town Ayutthaya with outstanding service and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was delightful. I highly recommend this place because it offers excellent value for money.
