Friendly staff and a tidy room, but there was no mirror, so I had to ask for a kettle. Coffee and tea weren't in the room initially, yet they were provided once I requested them.

The location was great and the customer service was top‑class, especially when they accommodated us after we arrived later than our agreed time. However, we booked a family room, yet the room that arrived looked like something else.

Everything we needed was there, making the stay comfortable and worth the price. The staff were welcoming and professional, always ready to help, and I’ll definitely return.

The place was spotless, the host was friendly and helpful, and we had a lovely stay that I’ll recommend again. The only drawback is the lack of air‑conditioning or heaters for the cold winter nights.
