The service was excellent.
The staff was very kind and helpfull (they even kept our bags for 3 days!) the food was nice, the dogs were a great plus for the kids and we loved the river where we saw a lot of birds and some rare monkeys.Remember to book lunch and dinner a few hours before with their great app and you will be served very swiftly!. The only minus, which is also a big plus, is that it is right on the busy road, 6 minutes from the El Zaino entrance and the busstop is in front of it. The busses pass every 15 minutes. Bring earplugs and you'll love this place

We’re a couple who wanted a night near Tayrona Park and we loved the stay so much we booked a second one. The facilities were amazing, especially the pool after the trek. The staff were incredible; the hosts treated us wonderfully and suggested the best routes, the cooks and waitresses were great people, the food was delicious, and they even offered a take‑away lunch option that worked well. Highly recommend, we’ll definitely come back.
