My family and I liked the room; it was very comfortable. I appreciated the massage and hydrotherapy spa, especially Heydi who ran my session and did a great job, leaving me relaxed and easing my pain. I suffered stomach upset from the food, and the drinks were tasteless; the all‑inclusive adults‑only resort lacked a sports bar or a 24‑hour bar and snacks, and all hotel services closed at 11 pm.

The rooms were roomy and the spot near Quinta Avenida was ideal for the Dia de los Muertos celebration, but there were many partygoers, activities, and noise, especially by the sea side and pool area.
