I rarely encounter such friendly and helpful staff. Every problem and question was addressed. The very good breakfast on the roof terrace was a highlight of our Naples visit. It doesn’t matter that the street is a bit noisy – you just have to get used to it at night. The area around the station is a bit noisy, but you’re very close to the main spots.

The receptionist (name unknown) was outstanding, giving us plenty of useful information for our stay. The hotel sits about 300/400 yards from the central station, and the underground runs right from there, making city travel a breeze. The hot tubs and roof terrace were simply amazing. Breakfast offered a wide array of hot and cold dishes, all excellent. We watched a Napoli home game and thoroughly enjoyed it, and the Mount Vesuvius and Pompeii excursion was also enjoyable. All in all, everything was good.

Lovely, helpful staff. Great breakfast. Really handy location. The reception was a bit discounted and not really part of the hotel sleeping accommodation.
