The à la carte restaurant served some of the best food I've had in a long time

Everything was spot‑on, especially the location and the overall quality of the stay.
The place was clean, roomy, and offered a peaceful stay, but the staff lacked professionalism and could use better customer service.
Everything about the property was flawless, yet room cleaning, the restaurant, and the spa all need improvement.
The food was the only downside.
The experience was terrible, with no redeeming aspects.
