The spot is great and the deluxe premium room is roomy and comfy. The path to the grand ballroom is in awful shape and a nightmare for wheelchair users; the lift area needs a serious upgrade—it's in terrible condition.
It’s a beautiful location, but the room service is poor, housekeeping is the worst, there were no basic bathroom utilities, and I had to call VOA several times and remind them.
The location works, but the breakfast was a disaster: by 9:15 AM most buffet items were gone, and guests had to keep asking staff to restock. The tables were messy and poorly kept, which is unacceptable for a hotel breakfast; management must act fast to fix food availability, cleanliness, and staff service.
