The buffet had fresh local dishes, which was great. The all‑you‑can‑drink alcohol menu was too small.

The outdoor water‑mark and the staff were very friendly, and the onsen was nice. It seemed pricey for a family room.

The activities were extensive. The spiral staircase floor was dirty, which bothered me.

Checking in and out was a breeze with the staff, no hassle at all. The built‑in bunk bed and the futon sizes didn’t match, which was a bit disappointing.

I think the service reached every little detail, the place was clean and polished, and I definitely want to come back again!
