Last night on Brusnianka we were hit by a lot of noise – first the students, then the adults – and couldn't sleep. The wellness staff at reception was pretty arrogant. In the bistro the lady wouldn't bring anything to our table even though the nurse had a sore leg and was waiting for service. She told us everyone had to bring their own stuff to the table in the bistro… We just wanted a different approach from the staff.

Breakfast was fine with a wide selection, but it was a bit disappointing because the room card didn’t work and even after replacement there seemed to be a technical issue. In the end they solved it with a classic key, as I wasn’t willing to go to reception a third time, since reception is in another building. Otherwise everything was fine, just that part disappointed me, but apparently no one had stayed there for a long time.

The pool area and food were super, and the surroundings offered many options for outings. The immediate vicinity of the garden house (garages, other side buildings) resembled a neglected brownfield.
