The breakfast spread was plentiful, the hotel sits in a fantastic spot, the room view is superb, and the interior looks nice; the staff were courteous. However, the in‑room food was overpriced— a plate of maggi cost Rs 350, which is ridiculous, and all the options were too expensive, so we ended up ordering food outside.

The bed linen could have been fresher and drier, and extra pillow covers should be provided so guests can adjust them to their liking.

The staff were generally helpful, hot water was available 24 / 24, the hotel is well‑visited and offers an excellent view, and the reception team was very friendly. The rooms were worn out and needed renovation; during my stay I was confronted in the corridors by some hotel staff who looked like security, demanding money for no reason and were very insistent. I refused to give any money and they were furious when I said I had no obligation to pay. The beds were infested with insects!

I had no information about my reservation, and the hotel cancelled it without reaching out; nothing else happened, making the experience utterly hopeless and terrible—do not book through them.
