The hotel's location was great, especially for people like me who are tired of the endless stairs and caves of Kapadokya's traditional hotels.
The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are spotless and well-appointed.
The pool was a major highlight, and I was a bit worried about the hotel's proximity to the main road, but the noise from the occasional speeding motorcycle wasn't too bad.

“PERFEKT!”
Luxurious, modern, clean, affordable, and friendly. Unfortunately, there isn’t much to do for kids.

We really enjoyed our stay at Barceló Cappadocia. The hotel looks beautiful and offers great amenities, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well kept. The food was consistently tasty, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout. A few things could be better: sometimes it was hard to reach Housekeeping or Room Service by phone because of a language barrier, so it would help if staff handling calls spoke basic English. The in‑room dining prices felt a bit high for the portion sizes; I prefer reasonably sized portions, so a price adjustment would give better value. Also, our balcony had no shade, so it was littered with bird droppings; a cover or more frequent cleaning would make it more enjoyable.
