The staff were exceptionally friendly, the breakfast was very good, the fitness area was spacious and well equipped, and overall I’d recommend it.
Everything was fine, nothing to complain about.
We booked two suites for three generations and managed to keep our privacy while enjoying a spacious, comfortable living area. The onsen was off‑limits for anyone under 14, the room cleaning was excellent but no bathrobes were restocked during our stay, and the bathroom lock malfunctioned at times, so we avoided using it.

Staff service was solid and the bed was comfy, but the bathroom was old and mouldy, water leaked onto the floor even with the shower door closed, and the rooms clearly need a renovation or facelift.
