The staff were friendly and helpful, the place was clean and comfortable, there was a free shuttle to Petra, a lovely Arabic breakfast on the rooftop terrace with a mountain view, and nothing else was lacking.

I felt instantly at home here. The staff were incredibly sweet, welcoming and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean. They offered free transport to and from the entrance of Petra. We definitely recommend this hotel – you won’t regret it 🇯🇴♥️😊

The staff were exceptional, going out of their way to meet our needs. The location was ideal for visiting Petra. They kindly packed us a breakfast box because we had to leave very early, and they also accommodated a very late evening arrival. The only downside was the hot water was not very hot.

This beautiful hotel in Petra exudes old‑fashioned charm. It was very comfortable and the views were great. We really enjoyed our stay and had very little to dislike.
