Nice: the location near Kyoto Station, the apartment is big, fully equipped with a TV and washing machine, and checking in or out is easy. Not so good: the bed is very thin and hard, so not very comfortable; the room is noisy because there are no double‑glazed windows in this loud Kyoto Station area, and a lot of light seeps through even with the shutters closed; there’s no shower palm hook; and there’s no way to store luggage.

離車站超近，京都車站後站出來之後過個馬路就到了. 浴室沒有架子可以放毛巾或衣物，浴室開門外面就是瓦斯爐，也沒有合適的地方放置，只能勉強放置於浴室門外的垃圾桶蓋子上方

Everything was great! The best room we had on our Japan trip. It’s large and spacious, in a fantastic spot near Kyoto’s central station. There’s a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen, and a separate toilet with a bathtub. Everything was perfect.
