The location was excellent, close to Piazza Navona with many restaurants and shops nearby. Breakfast was served in another unit that supports the hotel, but it was convenient and generous. Getting to the hotel complex was difficult because taxis struggle to get close due to narrow streets. The hotel sits in an old building that was internally renovated on the floor where the "Hotel" is located, essentially a large apartment turned into multiple rooms. There is no reception on site, only at the hotel support. Room service is absent, only housekeeping. Access is initially by stairs because it’s an old building; after the first set of stairs an elevator is available. Closet space is limited.

The staff were incredibly kind and attentive; they helped us with our luggage all the way to the room and the front desk team was very courteous. I really appreciated that they fulfilled my request for four extra pillows. An extra hair dryer in the room was very handy. The shower was spacious and the tiles were nice. However, the white walls had black streaks that should be fixed, and a bedside lamp flickered after a few minutes. The room felt smaller than the photos suggested, and the bed was actually two single beds joined together, which made the middle part feel a bit saggy at night. The shower had obvious buildup above and below, and the sink drain was slow, leading to unsanitary water pooling; the drains need more frequent inspection. The bathroom was too dark for proper makeup application, revealing imperfections only when looking in a car. There was only one towel rack and one bathrobe holder, which was insufficient for two people, so we had to use the closet hooks. Breakfast was acceptable, but the lack of croissants was disappointing. In the basement area, a strong smoke smell lingered for at least 15 minutes.

“Our stay was excellent and I highly recommend it.”

The breakfast was excellent, and there was nothing I didn’t like.
