The hotel was spotless, and the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

“Great stay”
The breakfast selection was limited and I didn’t like it.
“Superó mis expectativas”
The room is spectacular, the beds are very comfortable, although the pillows could be better, but everything else is fine. The TV has many channels, so I could watch the World Cup. Upon arrival they gave me water and biscuits, a nice touch. Breakfast was also excellent. The person at the front desk spoke Spanish and was very friendly. The lobby is very pretty too. I left my suitcase there and when I returned I had to wait a couple of hours in the lobby. Connecting to the Wi‑Fi was very complicated; you had to register, create an account, etc., which was quite frustrating. The bathroom had many toiletries; it would be great if they added a razor or disposable slippers. Breakfast was spectacular, but it would be nice to have more types of bread; there was only one loaf. The location is a bit far, but you have to take a bus to the metro and then you can go to wherever you want. Another issue is the noise from planes, but I think earplugs solve that.

The air conditioner was problematic for most of the night. The bathroom door had to be swung open to get in. I’m not a fan of that bathroom door.

It never disappoints, excellent location near the airport, ideal for very early flights, and the price‑quality ratio is great. I liked everything.
