The service and reception were pathetic, and the person at the front desk was the worst.

Nothing to like; no lift worked, no food facilities and even tea was unavailable, they don’t have a mattress for an extra bed, there was a heavy smell from a nearby open gutter, mud storage was close by, and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location was convenient, but the place was unhygienic, unclean, and the linen was bad.

“It was a bad experience and don’t go without reading feedback.”

I liked the building and the photos they posted on their portal, so don’t go with that; check proper comments and feedback before deciding. The Treebo team helped me move from this hotel to another. The room quality was unbearable, the staff seemed indifferent to the problems I faced, I complained several times without a nice response, and I found many issues like mosquitoes, smell, unclean bedsheets, and an unclean room; I couldn’t order a proper dinner after paying 4853 for two nights, and I felt bad after a couple of hours. I raised my complaint to Treebo, and the team moved me from Airport Inn to another Treebo around 12:30 am (midnight); I’m thankful for their support. This was the last time I used Treebo.
