The property owner responds quickly and offers solutions. It’s close to Lacson, fully stocked, has a great aroma, clean linens, and is fairly safe with multiple entry control points and a guest logging system. However, you have to pay for vehicle parking through the owner; it isn’t included in the nightly rate. The plumbing needs a bit of work: there was a leak on the line to the bidet and the shower stall filled up with water very quickly.

Alfredo was very accommodating and replied quickly to queries and requests. The space is clean, and the kitchen is complete with small appliances. I love the Chili Garlic Oil! We were a family of four adults and fit comfortably in the space. Thanks for the extra mattress; the bed is big enough for three. It was a relaxing 4‑day, 3‑night staycation. The only improvement would be better lighting for the CR and having kitchen tissue or pull‑ups for long stays.

The accommodation was spotless, exactly as shown in the photos. The host was available and the cleaning service was always ready when needed.
