Everything was great, from the check‑in to the room. The staff were friendly and the location was perfect. I left feeling satisfied.
The host was a lifesaver, giving us all the local info and helping set up our hikes in El Chaltén. The view of Fitz Roy from the room was absolutely breathtaking. Honestly, everything was perfect.

Nice little hotel on the edge of the village, just a few minutes from the main street. The stove and blankets kept us warm, and the staff were friendly, explaining all the walks and best weather times. But the ground floor was freezing, and new bedbugs were everywhere – not a pleasant surprise. On top of that, there was no cleaning during our five‑day stay.
We were pretty happy with the place – the room isn’t huge, but it does the job. The staff were super welcoming and gave us loads of tips.
Elizabeth is a fantastic host; she hands you a quick guide based on the weather right when you arrive and even shares transfer contacts. The hot shower is generous and perfect after a long trek, and there’s an electric kettle for mate any time plus a fridge for snacks.
