The staff were all friendly, from the reception to the waiters and housekeeping, and the breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful. We did wish the room had a small fridge and a kettle.

The staff were pleasant and helpful, and the sauna could be used on request; the food was good and reasonably priced for a standard hotel. Breakfast was excellent and the room was spacious. It was a 15‑minute walk to Ostseebahn Neuhof. The floor tiles in the stairwell should be cleaned or replaced.
