The room was very clean and cozy with a separate sitting area and modern bathroom, conveniently located for various nearby activities, and all the staff were very friendly. The resort is very quiet. The breakfast was a bit pricey for the value offered.

The ambiance was good, but they pushed us to check out early and there was no proper arrangement for support; we were told to use the common washroom to refresh, which was uncomfortable.

We had a lovely time at this resort, thanks in large part to the extremely kind and helpful staff. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, from bringing us umbrellas when it rained to helping us meet a local nature guide. The view from our room balcony was stunning, with plenty of birds to spot. And the private waterfall was a nice bonus. That being said, the bed was a bit on the small side, and the bed linens had a few holes in them.
