The hotel’s location is perfect for business trips, with on‑site parking and staff—from reception to the valet—who were genuinely friendly. The room was roomy, but the décor didn’t match the photos; there was no duvet, just a thin blanket, tiny pillows and poor‑quality towels. To make matters worse, the shower felt more like a garden hose than a proper fixture.

The location was fine, but the suite left a lot to be desired. Housekeeping didn’t change towels or restock toilet paper, so I ended up buying my own. Overall, the service was pretty disappointing.

The hotel sits in a great area and even includes parking, and the front‑desk team is very welcoming. Unfortunately the room showed its age—pillows were uncomfortable, the bathroom felt ancient, the floor wasn’t entirely clean and the furniture looked different from the pictures online.

The room was okay and could have met our expectations, but the TV remote didn’t work at all. A chest full of dirty linens was left in the room, and when I contacted the manager nothing was resolved.
