The room was comfortable and the self‑check‑in worked well. I had to call the front desk because I didn’t read the guide correctly; they helped me, though their tone was a bit irritated by my misunderstanding. Later that night, the foreign staff in the neighboring room asked for urgent help, but neither of the two contact numbers was reachable. Overall, the management is good and the self‑check‑in convenient. The rooms are well equipped and clean.

“一次糟糕的居住体念”

There was a balcony, the only space for activity. The service attitude was poor, and the original 3‑bedroom unit was split into three rented rooms, leaving each person with a tiny area. 1. The check‑in process was unclear and the attitude was bad. 2. The 3‑bedroom unit was divided into three rooms, making the activity space very small. 3. The hygiene was awful; the kitchen cleaning tools were dirty. 4. Most public equipment was locked. 5. The washing machine required extra payment, the first time I’ve seen that. 6. The service attitude was extremely bad.
