The location was decent. The photos were misleading, and the star rating didn’t match the reality. Poor value for money and very low standard.

The garden is wonderful with a huge pool, the rooms are very comfortable, and the breakfast is excellent; I recommend staying at the hotel for more than just sleeping, it's a great spot to relax. The signage for reaching the parking is a bit confusing about whether we could use the exclusive residents' street.

“A good find that is highly recommended.”

Beautiful, quiet, garden estate property in the midst of a bustling tourist town with a maze of narrow streets. Extensive parking available in a garden/tree-lined setting. Friendly, helpful staff to help you get settled - shout-out to Sheik. All good! But Apple Maps will send you to the wrong side of the property with no direct vehicle access. If you miss the turnoff, you have to do a full circuit through Sintra old town on the narrow one way streets. Apparently Google Maps is better?? Ask the property when you get close for specific directions

“Like living in history”

The location is fantastic and the historic building gives it a special feel, but the breakfast was a bit too basic.
