Right in the heart of the city, walking distance to the town centre and sights, with easy code‑based access. The studio had a kitchen, a decent shower, a good‑sized comfortable bed—overall very good.

“That was a bad experience ever in my life”

The space was large, but the stay was terrible. The room heater didn’t work properly, so we felt very cold. We had to check out at 10:00 AM, yet the staff knocked on the door several times before that. Suddenly at 9:00 AM the fire alarm went off and it took almost 40 minutes to turn it off.

Location is goid, which was pur reason for booking. The room was basic but OK. Only one harsh light, no lamps., This is a terraced house subdivided with no sound proofing between rooms. Unforrtunately on the night we stayed all other rooms were occupied by young people out to party. The music was loud, with everyone shouting in the property and on the street. From conversation that was clearly audible in our room, drugs were being used. We assumed they would head out to a club at some point, but alas no, the intolerable noise continued and at 12.30AM we left and went elsewhere. 5 days later, I am still waiting for a refund. Both Simply Stay and have been hopeless in terms of how they react to a customer complaint of this nature. My advice: unless you are going to Lincoln to party and take drugs, avoid this place like the plague

“Séjour rapide mais très agréable!”

A small apartment with just enough for visiting Lincoln. The location was perfect, with a view of the cathedral from our bed, close to attractions and all shops. We really liked the place. Access was easy, with all instructions emailed.
