I liked the host’s welcome. The décor was pretty and local, and we felt at home even though the landing was shared with another room. It was a chance to meet people. The location is convenient for reaching the port, restaurants, and a small commercial area nearby for a few groceries. Saint Guénolet is pure bliss. A bit far from the beach.

The welcome (the owners’ availability and good advice), the location, the size of the accommodation, and the independent access were all positives. The originality of the shared dining‑kitchen area could suit some people (it did for us) or be disruptive.

We came to Saint Gué for a short break and did all our own cooking. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs, and sharing the sink and fridge with roommates made the cultural exchange—our jam for your coffee—quite smooth.
