The property is great, the location is good, the host is lovely, and the room is clean. I’d return if free coffee and tea making facilities were available.

Able to book for one night. Refreshments were in a dining area downstairs. A coffee machine with beans was a fabulous addition. Room was clean and toiletries were nice. Just small things: heating was on at night, unsure how to turn off; opened window so it was ok. Would have liked another lamp by the chair to read.

I slept well on the comfy beds and the spot was spot‑on, but being on the 3rd floor made me wish the room had tea and coffee ready and that I didn’t have to descend three flights of stairs just to grab a drink. The shower worked fine, just a bit warm instead of hot.
