Yes, when I booked I pot in Burlington , Colorado and I don't know how it want to you. I called to try to get this reverse at your hotel, twice! And Angel was the 1st person I talked with and they hung up on me and then I called back and Maria said I need to talk with Booking which I said I did and they told me to call you. So I need this reverse ASAP and I'm still waiting because someone does not know how to do their job

The breakfast and the bed were good, but the carpet had a noticeable smell.

The breakfast was very good and varied, but while the maid for our room was very nice, the maid for our floor was not helpful and rude.

The camera was clean and the breakfast was fine, but it’s very far from the center.

The hotel is clean and quiet, the furnishings feel like new, the bathroom is nice, the breakfast is good, the bed is comfortable, and having laundry facilities is a nice convenience, but I was overcharged for a packet of laundry detergent.
