The hotel is centrally located, close to the pedestrian street, and the restaurant is upscale with tasty food. The room is a bit cramped, offers no view, has slightly old furnishings, and breakfast is not included in the room rate.

We were celebrating our anniversary, and the staff really made it special. They truly know how to do it, which is why I chose M Gallery, having worked there before.

The location and the very friendly staff kept our luggage even though we had booked only one night—thank you very much. The room lacked brightness.

Not much to say positively. The room was tacky, and despite their claim that rooms were recently redone, the fit, finish, and cleanliness were horrible—probably one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I spoke with management about basic cleanliness and they seemed satisfied with their 8.5 score and claimed several guests had given them excellent reviews. If they can’t see the horrendous condition of the rooms and still believe they’re doing well, good luck. Definitely not M Gallery standard—management is incompetent.
