The location was great, but the staff were hit‑and‑miss and there was no hand wash in the room.

Nothing I liked; everything was very bad. I noticed the app listed the room size as 20 m², but the hotel actually has three room types: 6 m², 10 m², and 15 m², with 15 m² being the largest. I was given a 6 m² room and the manager said she would change it at lunch, but the next day she only offered an 8 m² room, which still couldn't fit a prayer rug. There were insects in the room, and the manager explained that I had booked a 20 m² room but received a 6 m² one. I advise everyone to avoid this hotel and to speak honestly about their stays so others don't suffer the same fate. I had booked three separate days but cancelled the rest from day one. Thank you.

The location was fine, but the room was filthy, smelled awful, and I had to kill a lot of cockroaches; we saw them frequently at the entrance, making the hotel very unclean.
