Beautiful location with many activities available, everything is very clean and fragrant; the breakfast selection is fantastic, special, and delicious; the staff are kind and helpful. The only downside is the small indoor wellness area and that the restaurants are in a separate building, making the passage unpleasant in the rain.

Great experiences for the kids, the food and special drinks. Unfortunately, in one of the restaurants the starter was served after the main course on several occasions, and the hamburger patty was completely raw (I never mentioned that I wanted it well‑done, and it wasn’t even asked at ordering). Also, the karting—just a note that the older kids should join the adults in the “big” games!

We were completely thrilled with this hotel; our expectations were exceeded, it was super clean, the staff extremely friendly, the pools warm, and the food very tasty. We’ve never been so happy and satisfied with a hotel before.

A perfect spot for a family holiday, the place sits right next to the forest and the staff are incredibly courteous with a high service mindset. Every meal is delicious and offers a wide variety suitable for all ages. The hotel also features kids’ play areas and a professional go‑kart track, making it a full‑family experience.
