We were double‑booked and only found out when we got there; they offered us a room next door but then pressured us into paying extra, claiming they still needed to cover costs. They seemed unbothered and didn’t offer a real apology, so I worry this could happen again.

The spot is right next to the Dharamkot taxi stand, but my room was handed over to someone else with no warning, had no view at all, and no compensation was offered; the TV inside was also broken.

We never got the room we booked, had to settle for something else, and the staff were rude. There was no room service, the price didn’t match what was promised, and I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The room was spotless with a stunning mountain view and balcony, perfect for families, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was quiet and serene, but when the cleaners left, the door was unlocked and we discovered that upon our return.
