This place was a real gem. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for a treat. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. I couldn't fault anything, it was just a fantastic experience all around.

I booked a room here, paid a pretty penny, and when I showed up, it was nowhere to be found. The hotel staff claimed the room was under renovation, but after a bunch of back-and-forth phone calls, it turned out nothing had changed by the time I left. It's just frustrating when you're expecting one thing and get something completely different.

We really enjoyed our stay at this resort-style property, which offered us access to a whole other resort across the street. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the area - Destin was just a 20-minute drive away. Having access to the other resort was a huge bonus, with loads of restaurant and bar options to choose from.

The hotel's location is unbeatable - right in the heart of the city, within walking distance to all the major attractions. However, the lack of staff on site was a major issue for me. I had to wait for ages to check in, and when I finally got to my room, I had to figure out how to work the TV and air conditioning on my own because there was no one to ask. The staff seemed to be invisible, and it was really frustrating when I needed help with something.

The hotel's location was one of its strongest points – it's right in the heart of the city, making it super easy to get around. The room itself was a bit small, but it was spotless and had everything I needed. The staff were really helpful when I checked in late, which was a big plus. Overall, I'd say it's a solid choice if you're looking for a convenient place to stay.
