The air conditioning in rooms was not working properly, very old rooms and smelly toilets. Swimming pool was not clean

The common areas were surprisingly clean and spacious, and the hotel wasn't too crowded, which was a relief. Arun, one of the staff members, stood out for his exceptional service and made me feel like I was staying in a 4-star hotel. However, my initial room was a letdown, with issues like a broken tap and non-functional flush. To make matters worse, there was no hot or cold water available, and the TV had no channels.

This hotel was a peaceful oasis, with a stunning view from my room that took my breath away. The cleanliness and elegance of the place were impressive, and I felt like I got great value for my money. The hotel's safe and quiet location was also a major plus.
