The hotel is close to Leuven city centre. My room was clean and the bedding was good. The terrace was pleasant and there was a coffee machine available. The problem was that there were no power outlets near the bed, it heated up quickly in the sun, and the street was noisy when the window was open.

The room and bathroom were larger and cleaner than many other places at a similar price, and the bed was comfortable; the value for money was high. However, there was no front desk or staff on duty, and before check‑in I received two separate emails, each with a different code that I had to follow.

The place is in a great spot, the staff were really helpful, housekeeping paid close attention to detail daily, and the small kitchen had all the facilities. I’ll come back and recommend it.

The location was good. The noise was constant all night. The air‑conditioning was broken, and when we opened the windows we were swarmed by mosquitoes.
