They cancelled my booking at the last minute because they couldn’t keep the room for check‑in. Avoid them at all costs; they take your money and don’t let you stay. They need to learn how to respect their commitments; replying “OK” to a message and then refusing to admit their mistake is childish.

“Cercano, práctico y completo!”

Very close to the airport, the hosts were friendly and attentive to your needs, and they even helped me with my huge suitcase because it was too heavy to climb the stairs alone. Personal hygiene products and a hair straightener were provided. The curtain in my room was a bit see‑through, which made privacy uncomfortable at night; there was a park across the street so I felt a bit safer, but darker curtains would be better.

We only slept a short time because of a long layover at the airport, but the hotel is super close to the airport and the host is very friendly.

The location is great for those who need to leave early for the airport. Ruben was very attentive and kind – he stored our luggage before check‑in. I liked everything, but since it’s a transit spot there were some noises at night, though nothing that stopped me from resting quickly before the next flight.

“Perfecto para dormir antes de un vuelo”

The location is just a 7‑minute walk from the airport, and the bedding is very clean. The bed is a bit noisy, but given the price I can’t complain.
