“Pool was clean, room was nice, bed was comfortable. Staff checked on you often”

It was close to the highway, close to downtown, and easy to spot, but getting through the parking lot was a hassle.

“Avoid”

Not much to say positively; the rooms were spacious, but it felt unsafe with people wandering around all night and sleeping on sidewalks outside, and I told the staff who didn’t care. The rooms and hallways smelled dank, the breakfast was pathetic, the pool was freezing and tiny, and we will never return. The towel rack was falling out of the wall; I told the staff, and they just shoved the loose screws back in and said it was fixed. The towel rack is right above the toilet, so someone could be knocked out if it falls.

“We will not come back this place”

The TV was too small and had no closed captioning, the mattress needed replacing, the maid didn’t clean behind the bed, the bathroom and front desk were unclean, and the staff were unfriendly. We slept in a strong pool‑chlorine smell that gave me a headache and made me feel sick.

I liked how spacious the room was, although the bathroom felt a little cramped and the fridge kept my drinks cold; the bed was lumpy and I could see where previous guests had slept because it sagged where they had laid.
