The apartment was very pleasant with a garden, furnished with antique pieces and well equipped; the welcome quality was excellent, the help for a car repair was efficient, the restaurant was superb and the beef steak was exceptional.

Kristina was absolutely wonderful, always ready to help with whatever we needed, and the rustic accommodation was just adorable – a tiny house that offered complete silence and peace for a proper break.

The property is a classic Tuscan estate tucked into the Montepulciano countryside, with only three apartments so true tranquility prevails; the hidden gem is the restaurant right inside the estate. Nothing to complain about, though I might suggest adding air‑conditioners for the heat because even with thick walls the warmth was still noticeable.
