The staff were very helpful, responsive, and friendly. Although I never met Natalia, she contacted me several times to ensure my stay was comfortable and was always available for questions. The location is excellent, close to grocery shops, restaurants, and cafés, and because the building is on a side street, the room was quiet. The bus station is less than a 10‑minute walk away, providing access to several beaches. One morning during heavy rain, I found an umbrella hanging outside my door—a nice touch. The only suggestion would be to provide a few more plates, knives, and forks for guests who might want to have occasional meals at the hotel.
