The hotel is majestic and the service is the best we’ve had in a long time. The housekeeper’s service was impeccable, attentive all day whenever you needed something. Everyone in the hotel is very friendly and attentive. Overall, the hotel is full of thoughtful details so guests don’t have to worry about anything, and there are many restaurant options with delicious food. The only downside I can mention is that I wish I had stayed longer; the place is incredible.

“Perfect stay in Istanbul”

We stayed 5 nights for our honeymoon and it was wonderful. The view of the Bosphore is so romantic. All the restaurants were very good, the staff extremely nice. I recommend the Hammam experience for couples, unforgettable

Absolutely gorgeous! The attention to detail is at the highest levels, everything is impeccable. We come here every year and have never been disappointed, and the restaurants are great with delicious food. My favorite hotel!

“Comme une princesse dans son palais au bord du Bosphore”

The former palace is lavish and sits right on the Bisphore, with a gorgeous pool and an imperial‑style breakfast, though the staff left something to be desired.
