The location is great and the service is friendly, rooms are clean and the bathroom is good, but the beds, while comfortable, are really tiny!

“Definitely stay @ this Fabulous Hotel - you won’t be disappointed”

We had a wonderful stay at the Oriental Riverside Bund View Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel very welcome, with the grand entrance & friendly porters helping with our luggage. The location was excellent — an easy walk to restaurants, the Oriental Pearl Tower and other attractions, as well as the Bund river for lovely walks. Our room was enormous, with a huge, comfortable bed, fresh linen, a large bathroom and big windows with fantastic views over the city. Seeing the Shanghai lights at night was truly magical. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed the food. The breakfast was excellent, especially the traditional local dishes, and the buffet seafood dinner was also very good. The hotel exceeded our expectations, and Shanghai did too! Unfortunately, our visit was far too short, but we will definitely be back to see and explore more of this amazing city. It was all excellent
