The host was very spontaneous, we had a lovely room, and we ate wonderfully at the on‑site steakhouse. The relaxed setting, beautiful garden with a pool, and a walk through Exloo’s charming local shops were all great.

Overall everything worked well: a beautiful room, coffee and tea facilities, a good restaurant, and a fine breakfast—exactly what you want. The pool and nice terrace were also there for relaxing. Ester was a friendly host.

We were greeted warmly and received a cup of coffee because we arrived a bit early. When the room was ready, we were shown around the property and the room itself. A heads‑up about the slippery floor in the bathroom was given—no problem otherwise, just good to know. The breakfast area was a bit dark because of the canopy, but otherwise there were no disappointments.

The rooms were spacious and the bed was good, and the breakfast spread was generous. I especially liked that you could squeeze fresh oranges yourself and cook the egg exactly how you want it. Nothing else to note.
