Mahogany Hall Luxury Boutique Resort

We booked a Deluxe suite with a bath, but it turns out that's not a guarantee - they have one room with a bath and one without, and you get the available one. We were pretty disappointed when we found out, but the staff were really helpful and sorted us out with a different room that had a bath, for the same price. The room was really nice, although it was a bit quirky. One downside was that it was a bit isolated, but that meant it was super quiet.

Overall, I thought the hotel was great, especially the staff - they were really attentive and helpful. The only thing that didn't blow me away was the bed, which felt like it needed replacing.

“I was disappointed, I fell cheated out of my money and I mention this to hotel via what's app and verbally”

I had a pretty mixed experience at this hotel. The staff were super friendly and my room was really spacious with a great big tub, which was a nice touch. However, the pictures online didn't quite match up with reality, which was a bit disappointing. I also had some issues with food - I'm a vegetarian and I got sick the first night because I think they might have used the same utensils for non-vegetarian food, so I ended up eating out a lot when I didn't really want to.

“Amazing resort!”

I absolutely loved this resort! The open-air lounge area was amazing and the fact that you can pre-select your meals made things really convenient. The bartender on site was super friendly and the views of the river from the pool and dining area were stunning. My room was gorgeous too, with tons of windows that let in plenty of natural light and a great view. I was a bit worried about being stuck in a stuffy room, but that wasn't the case at all.

“Wir würden wiederkommen”

This hotel is super cozy and family-run, surrounded by nature - I loved it. The food and drinks were delicious, and the staff were really friendly and willing to lend a hand.
