The hotel was literally tucked inside a rainforest, pure relaxation; the beds were comfortable, the food good, the activities and excursions well managed, and the location was fantastic.

The lobby encouraged mingling with other guests, the lodge’s location was great, and the view from the room was excellent, yet the meals fell short of expectations and the good produce was poorly cooked.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean, the staff—especially Zack—were fantastic, friendly, and helpful, the location was beautiful with many hiking trails, rangers offered daily talks and hikes, and a shuttle ran to town (one grocery store, one restaurant, and one coffee shop), but Wi‑Fi was only in the lobby, not in the rooms.

The accommodation was super beautiful in a unique location; the rooms were large, well equipped, and spacious; the staff were very helpful and always cheerful; staying here was a lot of fun and made me feel very welcome.
