“An excellent base for exploring the wider local Somme valley.”

The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped. The bed was very comfortable. The warm swimming pool was lovely. Breakfast was basic but I liked the idea of ordering the evening before to avoid food waste. There were plenty of secure (gated) parking spaces. I can’t find anything to dislike about the property, though don’t expect a variety of eating or drinking venues in Picquigny. I would recommend booking an evening meal at the hotel.

The place almost ticks every box – a tidy, modern setup, good parking and a well‑maintained complex. The only downside was that the hosts only spoke French and they didn’t enforce the limited‑time use of the outdoor pool.

“Eine besonders stilvolle Unterkunft in der Nähe von Amiens!”

A truly gorgeous and very stylish property! The castle is fully renovated and surrounded by a meticulously kept garden with a lovely pool. Parking is perfect in a closed indoor area. Laura, the host, shows great appreciation for guests and maintains wonderful communication. Even though I was the sole guest during the week, I received a carefully prepared, elaborate breakfast. Highly recommended!

“Great staff and very good room”

The staff was great. Laura gave us lot of information about restaurants and what to do. She did everything to make our stay as good as possible. The breakfast was simple and nice. Great parking space. The room was big and nice, with very good bathroom. Rather steep staircase up 2 floors with bags was not easy
