The hotel sits nicely in the city centre, but there was no way to make tea or coffee.

The place was in a decent spot, but there were several serious issues: 1. Lots of bed bugs!!! 2. No sign on the street and no response from staff to email or chat 3. No information on how to check in 4. No toilet amenities.

The location in the city centre was great, yet there was no possibility to brew tea or coffee.

Nothing positive. The worst stay of my whole life!!!‼️‼️‼️‼️ First, we couldn’t get in upon arrival because the entrance had safes with codes holding the room keys, yet we never received an email beforehand with the safe number or code. We called the hosts, but they didn’t answer and even declined one of our calls without returning it. We emailed and messaged through booking, but got no reply. After contacting booking support repeatedly for over an hour and filing a complaint, we finally received an email from the hosts with the safe code. Second, the cleaner arrived after 3 p.m. while we were still trying to reach booking support; he tried to help us contact the hosts but failed. Check‑in was at 3 p.m., so our room wasn’t ready until 4:30 p.m. Third, when the room was finally ready it was visibly unclean: the floor was sticky, the table wasn’t wiped, overall it was dirty and stinky, and the lamp didn’t work. The bathroom was in the cellar; when we used the toilet there were 💩 stains (see photo). The whole place felt unsettling, the walls were paper‑thin, and there was only one window (aside from a painting of a forest) that faced the hall, not outside, and it was so high we had to use a ladder to open/close it (see photo). The room felt claustrophobic due to lack of natural light; the only ceiling light was weak. We could hear every car, train, ambulance passing on the nearest streets. If I could give zero stars I would, but I can’t!!!‼️‼️‼️‼️
