Avoid! The owner didn’t provide any check‑in instructions. For hours I knocked on the door, called the number, and sent messages. I was told they would be there “soon” and no one ever arrived. At 11 pm I had to find another place to stay. The owner has not responded to any further messages and has not issued a refund.

Very good location, and the staff were very attentive and friendly. Everything else was fine, and the décor was nice; my only suggestion is to clean the less common areas, such as certain fabric arrangements in the rooms.
