I stayed in June 2026 and the whole building was a derelict shopping mall, completely abandoned. The parking lot was locked and filled with construction materials that made it feel unsafe. The floorboards were all warped, the pool was unmanaged and the photos online were nothing like what we saw.

The property is very large and incredibly clean. The pictures on line are accurate and the views are stunning! The two bathrooms are beautiful and the interior space is truly beautiful! The beach is beautiful, the underground parking was great and lots of amazing coffee shops close by!. The location for an English translation was tricky. We eventually got out and asked people. We didn’t realize the property was on top of 2 floors of empty commercial space which state Moon Stay (at end of May 2026 at least). That’s not an issue at all but would have been useful to know when finding it. Some staircase lighting would have been useful at night, it’s really dark. Art was okay for us, but if I had small children it would not be great
