The toilet and shower area were very clean, the station was close, and there was a convenience store nearby, so it was very convenient. However, the second floor was split by gender and the third floor was female only, so I on the second floor had to go up to the third floor for the shower and toilet, which was very inconvenient. My room was on the upper level, and the ladder-like stairs made it tough to haul luggage. When the door was closed, the air‑conditioning didn’t work well and the circulator was covered in dust. I wish the gender separation had been clearer and there had been a prior explanation.

“駅前で寝たいだけならおすすめです！”

The hotel sits right in front of Utagata Station, making access superb. The surrounding area has decent restaurants. My room was clean and gave me a chance to relax. However, one of the restaurants used to be run by the same company but now is different, so I couldn’t enter it. I had to walk down a not very tidy alley, open a door, take the elevator up, which felt a bit confusing and less welcoming than I’d hoped.

“Espace vie fermé rendant le sejour peu pratique”

The bedding was comfortable and the shower areas were very clean. Throughout my stay the communal space on the ground floor, which is a bar, was closed, so we had no cozy spot for dinner. All we had was a table with two chairs in the kitchen area upstairs, which was inconvenient.
